Personal Training Package

My personal training program includes the following:


1. Assessments:

  • Body Fat Analysis, Weight, and Girth Measurements  

  • Balance & Flexibility Assessments   

  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

  • Nutritional training and continual support 


2. We will review your exercise history and current goals to create a weekly schedule including 2 one-hour personal training sessions, and additional cardio classes.


3. I will provide you with a personalized eating plan that includes an appropriate caloric intake of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins to help you meet your individual fitness and nutritional goals.

My personal training program is designed so that you can do both your personal training and additional cardio work at my gym, Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness. We do not use machines at our gym. We take pride in maximizing efficiency utilizing: TRX, free weights, fit tubes, medicine balls, kettlebells, ropes, barbells, and most importantly, your own body weight. Our training will be one-on-one the entire time, so you can be assured that your safety, form, and technique will be THE main focus.


To start, we will meet for a two-hour assessment which includes your measurements, goals, and eating plan. With any fat loss program, a healthy eating plan MUST be established and maintained in order to reach your goal. I have put together 3 healthy eating plan options from beginner to advance and together we will choose the best plan for you. I truly believe eating the right food and sticking with your eating plan tailored to help you lose fat, but not muscle is 80% of the work. 


We will meet twice a week for one-hour sessions consisting of training tailored to your current fitness levels and designed to meet your specific goals. In addition to our sessions, I require/suggest that you incorporate 2-3 additional days of cardio workouts. My personal training package includes 3-months free unlimited use membership at Ultimate Kickboxing and Fitness. My hourly rate for personal training is $50.00. A one-month personal training package with me will cost $400.00. With that, you will receive gloves and wraps and a membership card allowing you unlimited access to the studio for three months. Normally, to sign up for just the gym, you’d have a $60 membership fee and would pay $70 a month on a year agreement for our Cardio+ Package. When you invest in a training package, you not only receive the personalized one on one training and nutritional coaching, but you also receive an additional $270.00 worth of FREE membership. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!


If you’re interested in personal training or have any questions, please feel free to call me. In order to get started, I require that we schedule your assessment appointment. A $50.00 deposit email will be sent to you for that. I will email you a packet that you can fill out and bring back for our first meeting. The remaining balance of the personal training fees will be due at our assessment appointment. Plan ahead, as our first meeting will take 2 hours. We have a lot of information to cover and I like to get to know my clients. Can’t wait to get started!
