About Us - Monique's Personal Training and Fitness
Monique is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Monique's certification focuses on Professional Personal training and she has a solid understanding of the movement and functions of the human body. This includes foundational knowledge of functional human anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, exercise programming and nutrition. Her training focuses on science and proven evidence, thus being a factual approach to a healthy lifestyle.
Monique has been an avid aerobic kickboxer for over nine years and currently owns and operates Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness in Redlands, California, where she teaches aerobic kickboxing and sculpting classes. She recently added a new core-strength training class utilizing Kettlebells; a unique and highly effective tool for simultaneous gains in functional strength, power, endurance, speed, and coordinative timing.
