Monique
is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through The National
Exercise and Sports Trainers Association based in Rancho Santa
Margarita, California. Monique's certification focuses on Professional
Personal training and she has a solid understanding of the movement
and functions of the human body. This includes foundational
knowledge of functional human anatomy, exercise physiology,
biomechanics, exercise programming and nutrition. Her training
focuses on science and proven evidence, thus being a factual
approach to a healthy lifestyle.
Monique has been an avid aerobic kickboxer for over nine years
and currently owns and operates Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness in Redlands, California, where she teaches aerobic kickboxing
and sculpting classes. She recently added a new core-strength
training class utilizing Kettlebells; a unique and highly effective
tool for simultaneous gains in functional strength, power, endurance,
speed, and coordinative timing. |

| Monique's Kettlebell Workout teaches her clients how to use weight momentum to their advantage
by improving your control and direct momentum and thereby reducing
your risk of injury with body movements in your workout and
your everyday activities. Her specialized training will bring
her clients to a higher level of performance and fitness while
being safely guided in the learning process and practical movement. |

about food and exercise, some individuals come to me not understanding
why they cannot reach their goals. I realized that each body
is different and each individual needs a unique personalized
program for their body type. What works for one may not work
for another and that is why my professional personalized training
leads and enables my clients to reach their personal
goal.
